Dorothy
Crawford has over twenty-five years experience producing award winning
multi-image, video, film, multi-media, and websites for museums
and visitor centers, educational publishers and non-profit entities.
She was an executive producer and vice president at Envision Corporation
where she built a national reputation for innovative work. Her clients
included Childrens Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital,
MIT, Fidelity Investments, and the Massachusetts Department of Public
Health. The New England Association of Multi-Image has honored her
with its annual award for exceptional contributions to the industry.

At the Museum of Science, Dorothy
was responsible for all museum media including planetarium shows,
Omni pre-shows, and exhibit media. Her productions provided the
introductory experience for a number of blockbuster exhibits including
"Ramesses the Great," "Dinosaurs of Jurassic Park,"
and "Leonardo: Scientist, Inventor, Artist." |

Since 1999, Dorothy has
been a consultant to the Museum of Science as well as to exhibit
design firms and non-profit organizations. Her recent work includes
the media for the groundbreaking exhibit "Secrets of Aging"
and the Secrets of Aging website, a MIMC finalist. She has just
completed the media production for "Cosmic Horizons,"
a Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics traveling cosmology
exhibit. |
